Refund policy
General Terms
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange for orders older than 30 days.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Orders are immediately processed in our system and sent to the preparation and packaging center. This includes reserving the item and preparing it for shipment, making cancellations impossible.
Orders that are already in transit also cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to wait until it arrives and then initiate a return according to our return policy. This system ensures fast and efficient delivery for all customers.
Product Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be in the original packaging
Because our massagers are hygienic devices intended for direct body use, we cannot accept returns if the device has been used, even once. This policy ensures safety and prevents any health risks, including infection. Returns showing signs of use will be fully rejected.

Final Sale Items:
All creams and oils are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Returning Defective Products
We provide a full refund or free replacement for defective massagers within 30 days of receipt. To confirm a defect, you must provide a video demonstrating the issue. Examples of defects include:
- Device not functioning
- Charging problems
- Device not turning on
- Any other operational issues
If a video cannot be provided, you may return the product to an address we provide. After inspection, we will issue a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For a full refund or replacement, a video is required. The video must clearly show the defect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
In some cases, we may issue a refund or send a replacement without requiring the defective product to be returned, provided the video evidence clearly confirms the defect.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.

Product Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at support@o-meva.com.

• You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
