O’méva Provides Free Worldwide Shipping!

O’méva is proud to offer free shipping to all countries worldwide. Most orders are delivered within 6–10 business days, depending on your location and local customs processes.

Order Processing

Order processing times are separate from shipping times. All orders are quality-checked and typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.


International Shipping

All international orders are shipped free of charge.


International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are the responsibility of the customer once the shipment reaches the destination country. O’méva is not responsible for these charges.

Estimated delivery times may vary during high-demand periods, holiday seasons, or unforeseen global events. Maximum delivery time is 25 business days.

O’méva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, which is why we provide regular shipping updates. Signatures are not required for delivery, so please monitor your shipping notifications to receive your order safely.


Checking Your Order Status

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If your order has not arrived within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@o-meva.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Tracking numbers are sent to the email address provided during checkout as soon as your order is processed and shipped.


Invalid or Undeliverable Shipping Addresses

O’méva is not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. 

If a shipping address is invalid and the courier cannot deliver the package, customers may either:

  1. Pay a fee equal to the estimated shipping cost to resend the order, or

  2. Have the order disposed of (refunds are not available for disposed international shipments).

Returns

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a replacement.
